⚫ Make the positioning ruler: When installing the buckle, use the positioning ruler to determine the height of the installation position. The positioning ruler is 1000-2400 mm long and 40-50 mm wide. The height depends on the type of skirting. The height of the T70 is 17-17.5mm and the height of the T80 is 14.5-15mm. T100 height is 38-38.5mm.. T110 height is 36.5-37mm. The positioning ruler can be made of wood or iron.

⚫ Clean the wall foundation: remove the cement buoys protruding from the wall, corner and wall root where the skirting board is installed, check the flatness of the wall, and the maximum gap is not more than 3mm. Installation method of stainless steel skirting board:

1. Installation method 1: Fix with cement nails; place the clip on the positioning ruler, close to the wall, press the upper end of the clip with your fingers, and fix it with a nail gun. The length of the cement row nails is 32mm, and the distance between the wire clips is about 400mm. There should be a buckle at the interface of the two skirting boards, and a buckle of about 30mm should be set at the wall end.

2. Installation method 2: Drilling with an impact drill: Fix the drill die on the positioning ruler, and the diameter of the drill die hole is slightly larger than the diameter of the impact drill bit. Then, use a hammer drill to drill a hole in the wall and insert a wooden needle or plastic expansion tube into the hole. When fixing the buckle, it is still necessary to use a positioning ruler to fix the buckle at the same height after adjustment. like everyone else.

Note: The wooden wall or gypsum board wall should be fixed with a nail gun; the gypsum wall can also be fixed with light steel joists and self-tapping screws. Finished with stainless steel baseboards.

4.stainless steel skirting installation precautions:

1. Make sure that all the clips are installed on the same straight line, with an error of 1.5mm, cut the yin and yang corners according to the blanking size, reserve about 2mm of seams, and use silicone mortar to point and deburr. Then peel off the protective film under the skirting and seal it with silicone. Neutral silicone is used for seals and mud joints, usually silver-grey or white in color.

2. Hang the groove of the skirting line with a good size on the button, lift the rear end of the skirting line up a little, and then press it down on the wall, so that the upper convex card of the button completely enters the groove of the skirting line Inside, tap the north of the baseboard. To install, start at one end and gradually press the clip into the other end. Don't hammer.

3. After the installation is completed, seal the baseboard with the gap between the wall and the ground with silicone, paste the yin and yang corners with the 2mm gap at the reserved horizontal connection with sandpaper, and then use silicone mortar to point the seam.

4. Tear off all the protective film of the baseboard, wipe off the residual glue on the stainless steel surface with old powder, and use a rag to clean the black spots on the incision caused by the heat of the glue. Finished with stainless steel baseboards.

5.stainless steel skirting construction acceptance criteria:

1. The material, variety, specification and color of the installed stainless steel skirting must meet the design requirements and current national standards.

2. The installation joints of the skirting board should be flat, consistent in height, firm and not loose. The inner corner is square, the wall thickness is consistent, the upper mouth is straight, and the corner cutting is accurate.

6.The stainless steel skirting board should be clean, the surface is clean, no scratches, bumps and other defects. After installation, the film on the stainless steel surface should be torn off within three months.
